QuickZyme Total Collagen Assay

This assay kit is for the quantitative measurement of total collagen. It can be used to measure all forms of collagen in samples like tissues, tissue extracts, cell cultures etc, and is species independent. The kit is based on detection of collagen specific hydroxy-proline by a color reaction, has a rapid and simple protocol (overnight hydrolysis of collagen, followed by a <2 hrs assay procedure) and requires no special equipment.

QuickZyme Sensitive Tissue Collagen Assay

The Sensitive Tissue Collagen assay kit is based on the quantitative colorimetric determination of hydroxyproline residues, obtained by acid hydrolysis of collagen. The Sensitive Tissue Collagen assay shows no matrix effect and no need for further dilution of the hydrolysate enabling measuring in small samples with low collagen concentrations, such as liver. The assay is simple and it doesn’t need the drying step following acid hydrolysis, resulting in a fast (<2 hrs) and easy (96-well plate format) assay following the hydrolysis step.

QuickZyme Soluble Collagen Assay

This 96-well format assay detects soluble and insoluble collagen in a variety of biological fluids and can be used for multiple animal species. The assay principle is dye binding to triple helical collagen.

QuickZyme Hydroxyproline Assay

This assay kit is for the quantification of hydroxyproline. It can be applied for acid hydrolysates from tissues, tissue extracts, cell cultures etc, and is species independent. The kit is based on detection of hydroxy-proline by a color reaction, has a rapid and simple protocol (2 hrs assay procedure) and requires no special equipment.

QuickZyme Sensitive Tissue Hydroxyproline Assay

The QuickZyme Sensitive Tissue Hydroxyproline assay is used for the quantitative determination of hydroxyproline. The QuickZyme Sensitive Tissue Hydroxyproline assay kit is the only hydroxyproline-based assay which shows no matrix effect and no need for further dilution of the hydrolysate enabling measurement in small samples with low hydroxyproline concentrations. In addition no drying of hydrolydsate is needed, resulting in a fast (<2 hrs), sensitive and easy (96-well plate format) assay.

QuickZyme Total Protein Assay

This assay kit is quantifies total protein in acid hydrolyzates. It can be applied for acid hydrolyzates from fresh or frozen tissue, formalin-fixed tissue and paraffin-embedded tissue sections. It is ideally suited for normalization of collagen in hydrolyzed samples. The kit is based on detection of amino acids by a color reaction. It has a rapid and simple protocol and requires no special equipment.
