- Measures active BACE 1.
- Samples: conditioned cell culture media, cell extracts, body fluids (plasma, cerebro spinal fluid ), tissue extracts, and (purified) enzyme preparations.
- Quantitative.
- Range/sensitivity: 0.6 to 10 ng/ml (1 h incubation with detection reagent), 0.08-2.5 (3 h incubation with detection reagent),
- Ease-of-use: Equivalent to ELISA.
- Overnight protocol.
- Store at -20°C upon receipt, for long term storage and storage after opening see instructions enclosed with kit.
